Seated Fitness & Fun is a safe and gentle form of exercise using the chair to support us in our movement. Based on yoga, it helps to improve balance, strength, co-ordination and flexibility. The breath is used to help calm the mind. Public class held Tuesday 10am to 11am in Churchdown, suitable for senior citizens with mobility issues. Free on-site parking.
