The Aiming High Inclusion Network is for individuals and organisations working in the creative arts, leisure and social activities sector to share ideas, get support and up to date information and generally find out more about being inclusive of disabled people.
Active Impact runs the network – membership is free, we hold termly network meetings and send regular newsletters with opportunities for training, funding and ideas on good inclusive practice.
Here’s three great reasons to book onto our winter Aiming High Network Meeting:
– A tour of the new You’re Welcome Gloucestershire Inclusive Events Directory and Forum website, with ideas on how sharing your activities on the page can help your organisation including some top tips for making your social media posts and online events more accessible.
– We will be hearing about the Let’s Be Clear Campaign and its fund that gives organisations access to clear face masks and a grant to help make your communications more accessible.
-The Active Impact team will be explaining about our ‘inclusion accelerator’ sessions which offer your organisations the chance to chat to our team about ideas, solutions and any issues related to making your service as inclusive as possible. These sessions will be available from Jan 2021. Come along to Aiming High to find out more and get the chance to book your session while there is good availability.
More elements being planned plus our usual opportunity for all participants to have 1-2 minutes to share what they have happening, in this time you can make offers, requests and new connections.
