Where do ideas come from?

How can we take our artwork in new directions?

In this collaborative course, you’ll use your artist’s sketchbooks as a space for thinking, playing and finding out. Using a variety of techniques and exercises, including playful drawing, collage and writing, you’ll be encouraged to think about your own work differently and to develop your ideas and interests. By the end of the course, you will have designed your own project to take forward! Anyone with an interest in making art are welcome – no specific skills are required.

This course is fully subsidised for participants who are 19+ and are below a full level 2 in their education (5 GCSEs or less) and/or are unemployed/low waged (less than £300 per month)
