Hartpury Village Hall is a modern and award-winning village hall serving local people and the wider community. As well as the main village hall we also provide a children’s play area, a multi-use games area and an outdoor gym.

Access Statement:
Hartpury Village Hall strives to make its facilities available to all members of the local community. To that end the following access policy has been adopted. The Trustees will:
• Ensure all buildings and facilities are compliant with disability discrimination legislation and all users are treated fairly and equitably.
• Make its buildings available to all members of the local community throughout the year at times and dates to meet the hirers’ requirements on a first come, first served basis.
• Charge the lowest rental possible to cover ongoing costs.
• Offer residents of Hartpury and village organisations a discount insofar as possible whilst ensuring that costs are covered.
• Annually review charges to ensure everyone is obtaining the best possible value.
• Publish hire charges including discounted rates.
