Fit for Life run Community based exercise classes for older people in Churchdown, Hucclecote, Brockworth, Longlevens and Barnwood.
Established over 28 years ago we teach standing and seated sessions for all abilities.

Our classes are specially developed for older men and women. Exercises are designed to keep your heart, lungs, bones and muscles strong. We also focus on maintaining strong legs and balance exercises to reduce the risk of falls. We include exercises that assist in everyday life and help maintain your independence for as long as possible. Our classes are excellent for your mental health and overall wellbeing.

All our instructors are qualified and insured. We are a Dementia friendly organisation. Why not come along get fit and meet new friends. It’s never too late to start, only £4 per person.
All classes operate Covid safe practices. Our community venues have cafes so you can stay after the class and get to know our other participants over a hot drink
