What’s it about?  Cycle Training 

Who is it for?  Children over 7 years old who can step over a bike/trike to sit down; can pedal a trike; and, try to use a handbrake to stop 

What’s included? Safety Checks before starting to cycle; walking with the bike; holding hand brake to stop bike moving; getting on and off; scooting, gliding, slowing down; weaving in and out; pedal and look over shoulder for safety; pushing off/stop start; pedal and glide

What do I need to bring? Bring your own bike or if you don’t have one let us know and we can help (and helmet). One responsible adult must stay with the child

1 hour session each day over days = course

£60 for the course of 4 lessons
