Robinswood Hill is a 100 hectare Country Park on the south east side of Gloucester rising to 198m (651 ft) above sea level.

A Country Park since 1972 Robinswood Hill provides a fantastic countryside experience on the doorstep. As well as traditional meadows it is also home to woodland, traditional orchards ponds stuffed with wildlife. It is steeped in history with flint flakes dating back to the Neolithic period as well as quarries and historically important wells. Geologically the site is important (it is an outlier of the Cotswold Escarpment) with the quarry being a Site of Special Scientific Interest displaying strata from the Jurassic period.

There are many way-marked paths around the hill, dogs are welcome, but cycles and motorised vehicles of any sort (including drones) are not permitted.​

The city council works closely with Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust delivering a series of events and educational experiences themed around natural history.

The Hill has a very active Friends group with volunteering opportunities through them and Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust ​.
