Accessible Changing Facilities at Venues across Gloucestershire
What is a Changing Places Facility?
A Changing Places Facility is a venue that offers an accessible toilet in a room that’s large enough for someone to enter with a PA/Carer and contains an adult size changing table and hoist. When you visit any Changing Place you need to have your own sling as these are individual and venues cannot provide them. There are very specific criteria in terms of size and specification that must be met for the facility to be listed on the Changing Places website. We have listed all the venues we are aware of that are public/open to visitors and are accessible changing facilities. If they meet the full criteria we have marked them as CPT – Changing Places Toilets. We have also indicated where the venue has a You’re Welcome profile or listing.
